The pilot provides access to Starter-tier features with up to 500 artifacts. You can test immutable ingest, provenance mapping, and legal-ready exports. A sample chain-of-custody packet is included so your legal team can evaluate the output format before committing.
What happens if we exceed our artifact or export allowance?
Storage overage is billed at $0.02 per artifact equivalent per month. Additional legal-export bundles are $150 each. You will receive proactive alerts as you approach limits, and we offer capped incident bundles for high-volume events.
Can we add more tracked users beyond our tier cap?
Yes. Additional tracked users are $30 per user per month above your tier cap. Alternatively, upgrading to the next tier often provides better per-seat economics at scale.
Is an on-premises or single-tenant deployment available?
Single-tenant and VPC-hosted deployments are available on Enterprise plans. These require a multi-year contract and include custom SLA, indemnity clauses, and dedicated implementation support.
What export formats are supported for legal proceedings?
The system produces signed PDF bundles containing chain-of-custody manifests, cryptographic hashes, timestamps, and attestation records. Export formats are designed for regulator and litigation workflows and can be customized on Prime and Enterprise plans.
